Your Role in Our Mission As a caregiver, you will:
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
Follow individualized care plans with attention and respect
State Requirements and Compliance
Before working independently, caregivers must:
Demonstrate competency in required caregiving tasks
Be evaluated on their ability to safely perform assigned duties
Receive additional training if needed
Has the following requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR certification (preferred or required by agency)
